To initiate a valet parking claim for incidents occurring after leaving one of our client establishments, please review the following notices carefully, as our company’s liability may vary depending on the circumstances:

DISCLAIMER REGARDING VALET PARKING CLAIMS: Customer and Company agree to the following terms: Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before leaving the premises. Any claims of damage or loss must be reported in writing on our company’s claim form before the vehicle is removed from the facility; failure to do so waives any such claim by the Customer. If Company agrees to repair a vehicle at its expense, it reserves the right to select the repair location and service provider within 72 hours of claim filing. Company assumes no liability for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, mechanical failure, or acts of nature. Vehicles left after closing hours are not covered under this policy.

To submit your claim, please complete the form below and attach photographs documenting the damage you observed. We will promptly investigate your claim and contact you with updates.

We understand that discovering damage to your vehicle or missing items can be distressing. With over 10 years of experience in the parking industry, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. Our staff is trained to promptly report all incidents so we can address legitimate claims efficiently and professionally.

If you believe an item is missing from your vehicle, we encourage you to thoroughly search your vehicle first, including under seats and in your trunk. Often, items are found shortly after they are reported missing.
